Shipping Policy

Victory Banner Farms LLC ships packages exclusively through USPS based on the shipping method selected by the customer. Although we ship across the United States, we strongly encourage customers to research and comply with all local and state laws applicable to their location.

Delta-8 products will only be sold in states where their sale is legally permitted.

Please allow 2 full business days (Monday through Friday) for order processing. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Kindly allow at least 5 business days before reaching out with shipping inquiries. If your package does not arrive within one week, please contact our customer service team.
