Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Contact us with your order number and reason to request a return authorization.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will reflect the original amount paid minus the 20% restocking fee.
  • Once approved, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
  • If the product was a gift, contact us to request store credit instead of a refund.
