Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Contact us with your order number and reason to request a return authorization.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds will reflect the original amount paid minus the 20% restocking fee.
- Once approved, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
- If the product was a gift, contact us to request store credit instead of a refund.
